Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by Client:

• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date will not incur any cancellation fees.

• Cancellations made less than 30 prior to the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of booking fee.

• Cancellations made less than 10 prior to the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of booking fee.

Cancellation by Mixology Muse:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.

• If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time, subject to availability.
  

Contract

Each contract includes release forms for Photo/Video Release, Testimonial Release, and covers information about the ins and outs of each bundle, legal requirements and is available upon request with or without booking. They exist so everyone stays safe :)
