What is included in your mobile bar package?
Our mobile bar package includes a fully stocked bar, trained bartenders, bar tools and equipment, disposable cups, napkins, and ice. We also provide setup and cleanup of the bar area.
Do you provide alcohol?
No, in accordance with Oregon Law, we are fully licensed and insured for both general and liquor liability. However, we do not possess an Oregon Liquor License, which means we are unable to sell alcohol directly. That said, we can also help you choose the right types and quantities of alcohol to ensure that your guests have a great experience. And we would be more than happy to assist you in placing a call-ahead order for your alcohol and will ensure it is picked up for you prior to your event.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
YES! We offer a wide variety of non-alcoholic options, including dirty sodas, coffees, juices, and mocktails.
How many bartenders do you provide?
We typically provide one bartender for every 50-75 guests. We can adjust the number of bartenders based on the size of your event and your specific needs.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 1-2 hours depending on the size and complexity of the bar setup. We will work with you to determine the best time to arrive and set up for your event.
Can you provide glassware?
Yes, we can provide glassware for an additional fee. We offer a variety of glassware options to fit your event's theme and style.
Do you provide a custom cocktail menu?
Yes, we can create a custom cocktail menu based on your preferences and event theme. We can also help you come up with creative and unique signature cocktails to make your event stand out.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bar services. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. We typically require at least 2-3 months' notice for bookings, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.
